Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support our Board of Directors. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of executive support, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to manage complex schedules and tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the Board of Directors.
Prepare, draft, and finalize meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation for board meetings.
Coordinate and schedule board meetings, ensuring all logistical details are handled, including venue arrangements and technology setup.
Maintain and manage calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings for board members.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
Serve as a liaison between the board members and other executives and departments.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
Track and follow up on action items from board meetings.
Ensure compliance with all legal and corporate governance requirements.
Manage travel arrangements and itineraries for board members.
Requirements:
Extensive experience as an Executive Assistant, with significant experience supporting a Board of Directors.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
