How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?
Assist Branch manager by handling Counter Sales, phone call, hardgoods and cylinder inventory management, and distribution management.
Counter Sales- Help walk in customers with finding what they need and entering their orders
Phone sales- Answer customers phone calls and place their orders
Inventory Management:
Hardgoods - receive in and put away hardgoods, maintain bin locations and price tags and conduct cycle counts and Geographic Bin location reports
Cylinders- receive in fulls from shuttle and put away, palletize and count empties to go back on shuttle. Reconcile route truck at beginning and end of route. Maintain a neat and organized dock and flammable bunkers.
Distribution - Create truck route in SAP for following day, reconcile truck using HHU and do order completion for route when it is done.
Safety and Compliance - Follow all rules and guidelines that pertain to each task as they are completed. Maintain good housekeeping throughout the facility.

Required Qualifications
Valid Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License.
Hazardous material and tank endorsements (Or willing to obtain).
Ability to operate a vehicle with an air brake system (no air brake restrictions on CDL).
Must have 1 year of prior Class A or B professional driving experience within the last four (4) years.
Must have a clean driving record to include no more than two (2) convictions; OR two (2) at-fault accident in the last 3 years; OR no more than a combination of one (1) conviction and one (1) at-fault accident in the last 3 years.
Must be at least 21 years old.
In lieu of experience, may consider accepting a diploma from an accredited driving school.
Preferred Qualifications
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), two years technical college or military technical experience
Prior experience in the gas, welding and safety supply industry preferred.
Ability to use SAP
Communicate effectively and provide product information to customers in person and by phone.
