The Business Operations, Director will be responsible for leading operational projects and building pipeline of strategic initiatives for our US brands portfolio but also enhancing portfolio & project management operations for total US. This role reports to the President of US Brands and is based out of our Cherry Hill location but will partner closely with the Center of Excellence of Supply Chain & Manufacturing.

Translates business priorities into operational plans, initiatives and objectives (looking at end to end business) and is responsible for assessing / refining approach and plans to deliver objectives. This includes but is not limited to copack relationships, network optimization, cost saving initiatives, and operational excellence with goal of driving strong service and business efficiencies / margin expansion. Lead implementation and manage financials of critical projects on behalf of program sponsor and/or steering committee. Develop collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams and functions, and can influence to accelerate progress where needed. Identify process and improvement opportunities, proposing new ways of working together with the cross-functional leads. Perform other related duties as required and assigned. Portfolio & Project Management. Develops and directs project management operations to meet organizational goals. Provides overall strategic governance for projects by establishing standards, processes, and tools used for effective project delivery. Stand up portfolio management process into integrated business planning cycle and build discipline across functions and teams Participates in designing, implementing and managing specialized projects SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES 1 direct, Manage Indirect , project specific. Required Qualifications
. Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain or related field with five plus (5 ) years of progressive leadership experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
& WORKING CONDITIONS - This position requires sufficient physical ability to work in a typical office setting; driving a motor vehicle and occasionally working in the field. FREQUENT: sitting, upward and downward flexion of neck; fine finger dexterity and light to moderate finger pressure to include extended periods of keyboard and mouse use, side-to-side turning of neck, walking, standing, bending and stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting at waist, moderate wrist torque to twist equipment knobs and dials. OCCASIONAL: squatting, kneeling, reach above and at shoulder height, moderate grasp to manipulate reference books and manuals; lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds from below waist to above shoulders and transporting distances up to 50 feet.
