If so, Amazons Fill Rate team within Network Engineering & Scheduling Technology (NEST) is looking for an experienced Transportation Analyst with a strong record of achieving results, to own and build scalable solutions for a quickly growing business segment. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about building new businesses, solving complex problems for our customers, and establishing end-to-end transportation scheduling processes. Amazon transportation encompasses all of the operations that deliver worldwide shipments to and from our fulfillment centers and third-party locations. The team needs an exemplary analyst who is comfortable deriving insight using data, working with cross functional teams to launch & scale pilots and lastly have a strong bias for action.
Key job responsibilities Retrieving and analyzing large sets of data using Excel, SQL, and/or other data management systems. Understand performance metrics to assist with driving business results & scale programs Ability to scope out business and functional requirements for the Amazon technology teams in order to create and enhance the software systems and tools Must be able to quickly understand the business impact of the trends and make decisions that make sense based on available data. Develop strong working relationships with various teams to test and launch pilots. Maintain the overall project schedule that enables the teams to be successful based upon the project milestones and Go-Live and ramp phase. Excellent communication, both verbal and written as one may be required to create a narrative outlining weekly findings and the variances to goals, and present these finding in a review forum.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or equivalent - Experience using data to understand root cause of issues and improve processes to prevent recurrence - Experience working independently in a fast-paced environment - Experience communicating professionally and effectively with cross-functional stakeholders

The base pay for this position ranges from $43,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $80,500/year in our highest geographic market.
