Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
Work Schedule: Fully remote with occasional onsite work in Arlington, VA.
Role Overview:
This role supports the United States Marine Corps (USMC) with managing software licenses through Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs). They track enrollment, promote ELAs, and monitor software requests through the Department of Navy Application and Database Management System (DADMS) and DITPR systems. They also assist users with updates, answer inquiries, and ensure clear communication on the status of software licenses. Individuals with Administrative Assistant, Data Entry, or Customer Support Experience are encouraged to apply.

Specific Skillset
- Support HQMC DCI/IC4, Program Executive Office – Digital Solutions (PEO-D), and Fleet Marine Force (FMF) organizations to help manage command enrollments in Marine Corps, DoN, or DoD Enterprise License Agreements (ELAs), and whenever possible promote the continued use of these vehicles as preferred methods of IT acquisition.
- Create and present updates on enrollment figures and return on investment to the operating forces and supporting establishment to maximize the benefit to the customer.
- Monitor the proprietary database management portals for daily requests.
- Assist users with Enterprise License Agreement updates and/or date extensions for software functionality.
- Provide current status updates of program requests to clients who requested them.
- Monitor the inbox daily for task requests.
- Add new applications for IDs and software version updates.
- Investigate various requests for Department of Navy Application and Database Management System (DADMS) ID information.
- Support clients with status updates of applications.
- Ensure open lines of communication for clients who require assistance with questionnaires (ex – emails and phone calls).
- Follow up on requests of high priority to requesting organizations.
Education & Certifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
- Associates in Business Management, English, or IT are preferred.
Experience Requirements
- 3+ years of combined experience with data entry, customer service, and administrative task completion.
- Experience promptly resolving written inquiries and taskers.
- Working knowledge of the Department of Navy Application and Database Management System is preferred but not required.
- Knowledge of relevant Enterprise License Agreement providers (Microsoft, VMWare, Cisco, Red Hat) is preferred.
