This position will establish and maintain direct customer relationships and lead the overall delivery of customer and CACI goals and objectives. Your thought leadership will be crucial to developing and driving strategic roadmaps that align customer requirements with industry advancements and next generation capabilities. More About the Role:
Develop and maintain relationships with executive and senior customer levels of the organization and establish a deep understanding of their business and objectives.
Consult with customers to formulate and review plans and deliverables ensuring conformance with program and project task schedules, costs, and contractual obligations.
Lead the daily activities of the CACI team and ensure the mission is thoroughly communicated and instilled in the delivery team for maximum effectiveness.
Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects and to forecast potential needs or risks to key stakeholders and customers.
Collaborate with CACI Leadership while overseeing the successful execution of all contract efforts and delivery.
Review, maintain, and brief program financials to customer and CACI leadership while considering future factors that may affect metrics.
Work with the CACI leadership team to collaborate with the customer on upcoming contract modifications, financial needs, contract issues, and escalation.
Leverage your industry knowledge to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous process improvement both internally and externally.
Act as the risk owner for the CACI team to ensure risks are identified early, formally documented, and mitigations are drafted and approved by the customer to minimize impact.
Take ownership of business growth by expanding the contract scope and funding.
Drive the acquisition of new business for CACI by leveraging your expertise, industry relationships, and strategic insights.
Apply your understanding of Agile software development to improve the team’s agile processes, expedite delivery timeframes, and increase the quality of the products being maintained.
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 10+ years of experience with SAP implementations, upgrades, and conversions.
Minimum of 5+ years of SAP S/4HANA experience in a cloud environment.
Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce experience with implementations and upgrades.
Experience implementing and managing large SAP systems for various Federal agencies.
One of the following is required:
PMI PMP
PMP PgMP
DAWAI Level III
FAC/PM Level III
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Agile certification and Experience in an Agile environment
12+ years of SAP expertise in the public sector
Public sector consulting experience
Direct experience with commercial supply chain best practices
