As the Digital Brand Management Consultant, you will support the Recruiting organization by developing and leading the full talent acquisition technology (TA) stack, requiring collaboration with subject matter experts to maximize each component, not limited to: ATS (SuccessFactors), CRM (Avature), career websites, social platforms, AI, existing digital products, and emerging technologies. You will help design, implement, and maintain HR TA initiatives by:
- Analyzing and recommending end-to-end business process and technological solutions, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and offering guidance and expertise based on system and industry knowledge
- Implementing continuous enhancement and adoption of digital solutions to bridge gaps or inefficiencies in products to maximize recruiting efficiency, candidate, and end-user experience
- Leading team project management toward new technology, process & product discovery, piloting, experimenting, and proof-of-concepting of all forms that will keep us a relevant leader in emerging landscapes and untapped sources of talent
- Project managing new TA technology projects and optimization of existing solutions, integrations, security monitoring, technical enhancements, and troubleshooting
- Managing vendor road maps, performance, enhancements, and content logs
- Leading change requests, troubleshooting, ticket management/resolution across Talent Acquisition including the prioritization of changes for brand marketing and recruiting teams
- Managing business requests for technology system updates end to end, including requirements gathering, solution identification, functional design documentation, system testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), user management, implementation, maintenance, communication, and support
- Accelerating and elevating reporting technology, capability building, and storytelling in collaboration with other subject matter experts
- Being a TA technical liaison for all cross-functional groups including HR Operations, Compliance, HR Analytics, and other key stakeholders
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field
- 5+ years of combined HR technology experience including all the following:
- Product/Project Management (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, etc.)
- Configuration with HRIS and ancillary systems (SuccessFactors, Avature, SAP, etc.)
- Business process re-engineering, gathering requirements, writing functional specs, developing solutions, and integration of business systems
Preferred Qualifications:
- Producing or editing coding languages typical for key TA tools like: HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Experience using Power BI (DAX/M languages) including building and maintaining data tables, generating custom reports, and creating dashboards

The approximate pay range for this position is $118,000.00 to $146,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.
