Job Abstract

The Director of Game Presentation will support the Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing in developing inclusive, strategic, and interactive materials for use on LED video boards, managing game scripts and rundowns, directing videoboard shows, and creating innovative marketing and promotion plans for Yale Athletics. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 1. Create a comprehensive strategic plan for marketing a unit or department to generate interest and awareness in the target audience and to increase revenue.2. Develop and execute social media plan; produce and manage website content.3. Generate and manage distribution of press releases and handle media inquiries to coordinate press coverage.4. Manage work of public relations agencies, marketing vendors and consultants.5. Create briefs and content for promotional and fundraising mailings.6. Increase community awareness and participation through event coordination and marketing.7. May submit sponsor grant requests as necessary. Bachelor's Degree in a related field and two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and demonstrated experience.
