We are excited to share a new opportunity for a Junior Staff Accountant located in Coronado! This is an immediate, temporary or temporary -to-hire position. The ideal candidate will have ~3 years of hands-on transactional experience with accounts payable and generating financial reports.

Jr. Staff Accountant Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage AP
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to streamline AP processes to improve efficiencies
• Oversee and manage bookkeeping and ensure accuracies for all entities
• Communicate with associated accountants to coordinate and oversee tax filings
• Track transactions and provide analysis
• Perform reconciliations and provide resolutions
• Set up new accounts
• Oversee and manage investment software generated reports (monthly/quarterly/annually)

Jr. Staffing accountant Preferred Skills:

• Accounting and bookkeeping experience
• Ability to learn various software platforms quickly
• Strong knowledge of and experience with QuickBooks and Excel
• Proficient with accounting terminology
• Able to work independently

Jr. Staffing Accountant Requirements:

• Accounting or Financial degree
• Must have advanced mathematical skills
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
• Willingness to take skill assessments as needed
