Generative AI Solutions, Director
Key Role:
Focus on leading the development and integration of generative AI services and solutions to address our nation’s most critical mission challenges. Oversee design and integration of GenAI offerings to accelerate, enhance and scale project delivery, including labor services and non-labor solutions to drive growth. Partner with federal government clients to understand their challenges and tailor AI solutions to meet their specific requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including AI researchers, software engineers, and business units, to ensure effective implementation of AI solutions. Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI and evaluate their applicability to our services and client needs. Drive thought leadership in the field of generative AI within the professional services industry.
Basic Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with designing, developing, and integrating analytics and AI technologies for mission applications from early strategy to production deployment and adoption
- 5+ years of experience delivering technology consulting services, software products, or solutions to US Government customers
- Experience leading business development and growing an AI/analytics business in the US Public Sector
- Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations and related Federal contract policies, requirements, and solicitation processes
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degree
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience developing product and go-to-market strategies for new solutions for the US Government clients
- Experience with modern Cloud Service Provider native and managed services and emerging AI technology applications such as generative/LLMs or CV
- Ability to maintain and create relationships with key decision makers in the Defense and Intelligence Sectors
- Possession of excellent project management and client relationship building skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including executive communications and articulating with both technical and non-technical business partners
- Top Secret or higher clearance
- Master’s degree preferred

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $181,100.00 to $337,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
