What You’ll Get to Do:
Primary responsibility is to collaborate with program manager, assistant program managers, project managers, and the engineering team to develop, track, and submit Contract Data Requirements List (CDRLs). The data manager will need to review the contractual documentation and develop a CDRL requirements matrix, then work with the program team and schedulers to develop a submittal plan. The data manager will be responsible for review and submittal to the customer. Additionally, this position will require administrative level support and taskings as determined by the program manager.
More About the Role:
- Review contract Statement of Work (SOW) of United States Space Force contracts and develop data management plan
- Coordinate with program and technical team to ensure on time submittal of CDRLs
- Review CDRLs for accuracy and formatting prior to submittal
- Communicate and coordinate with customer representatives for CDRL submittal and feedback
- Maintain records of approvals for each delivery
- Support program office with other tasks as directed
- Responsible for special projects and other duties as assigned
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
- Must Have US Citizenship
- Current National Security Clearance at the TS level and ability to obtain SCI level clearance
- BS/BA degree in communication, business, technical writing, economics, or engineering field
- 5+ years of experience in project planning, scheduling, and/or data management
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
- Proven success in communication and planning
- Strong attention to detail
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Previous experience and familiarity with US Government CDRLs
