Requirements / Qualifications
NOTE: Required Examination for candidates who do not possess an Associate Arts degree, or have 48-semester units of general education coursework will be administered on the following dates Redlands USD,
1. June 4, 2024- 10:30 AM- 20 W. Lugonia Ave. Redlands CA 92374.
2. June 25, 2024- 2 PM- 20 W. Lugonia Ave. Redlands CA 92374.
Testing time is approximately 1.5 hours. NO FURTHER NOTICE WILL BE GIVEN. Disabled applicants may request reasonable accommodation in regard to testing procedures. Please do so
prior to the closing date. Photo identification will be required at test site.
Transcripts or Proof of passing the Redlands USD Paraprofessional Test- If you are testing, please upload a word document stating you will attend the upcoming testing session instead of transcripts.
Resume- document that provides an overview of aeducation, work experience, skills, and accomplishments.
1-2 current letters of recommendation- from supervisors who can attest to your skills, work ethic, and qualifications within the last 2 years.
Possession of one of the following certifications is highly desired: Registry of Interpreters for the Deaf (RID) Certification, American Consortium of Certified Interpreters (ACCI), Level 4 or above (formerly known as NAD certification), Certification by the Cued Speech TECUnit, Educational Sign Skills Evaluation - Interpreter (ESSE-I), Level 4 or above, or Educational Interpreter Performance Evaluation (EIPA), Level 4 or above.
