Our Impact:
The team is responsible for designing easily consumable reports and dashboards, supporting of an enterprise-wide investment management model. Our reporting model enables transparency into technology spend at Freddie Mac to senior leadership.
Your Impact:
You will have the opportunity to analyze and enhance existing processes and use of standardized financial dashboards and reports and offer and implement enhancements that can be applied across Freddie Mac to better understand Technology spend.
As we evolve the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solution, you will play a key role in the design and data architecture as we migrate enterprise financial reporting to a new system.
Lead the efforts on analytical tool designs and provide thoughtful inputs on the development of business processes, reporting solutions and methodology enhancements and improvements.
Lead collaboration across functional teams to implement reporting solutions leveraging enterprise tools such as Jira, to improve data uses in a data-driven culture.
Lead the best practices and improvement of financial data management and analytical functions to ensure adherence to industry standards and best practices.
Qualifications:
7-10 Years experience in Data & Business Analytics, Financial Reporting, Information Technology teams leveraging Agile software delivery frameworks.
Worked in an agile environment, understands Software Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
Experience using and building financial reports with enterprise financial budgeting and forecasting tools such as Oracle Hyperion SmartView, or IBM Cognos Analytics
Design and Implementation of complex data into simple visualizations using Tableau
Foster trusting relationship with customers, actively partnering to understand their problem statement that will help define business requirements
Understanding architecture and backend of financial systems, management information systems, data warehouses, data marts, and/or relational databases to develop business intelligence
Strong knowledge and understanding of Hyperion Smartview, Advanced Excel, Tableau Desktop/Server (nice to have familiarity with SQL, Python)
Experience using enterprise resource planning tools such as Workday a plus

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $113,000 - $169,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
