These skills will be required to perform the duties listed below:
Sales Support Activities
Pre-Sales Support (Support sales with basic understanding of customer needs and how their needs may work with Neustar service offerings)
- Work closely with Engineering and Product Management teams to obtain LOEs
- Assist sales with drafting SOWs and Change Orders
Deployment Activities
- Conduct internal and external project kick-off meetings
- Create/Update project tracking tools (i.e.; Salesforce Project, Monthly Operational Revenue tracking, Billing)
- Develop and maintain Project Plans
- Responsible for gathering, defining and analyzing requirements specific to the customer deployment. Communicate requirements with other teams (i.e., Product, Operations).
- Participate in the development of technical and operational documentation that defines systems and people interactions.
- Schedule software and configuration releases.
- Conduct various customer meetings.
- Responsible for the implementation of connectivity between Neustar, Customers and third parties (i.e.; Service Providers, vendors).
- Support customer testing; attend customer testing review calls and supporting troubleshooting of testing issues with customers, engineering and third parties.
- Schedule customer training
- Coordinate production cut-over
Post Deployment Support
Support service troubleshooting in production (Network connectivity, Application Support, Process workflow, Industry best practices
- First level analysis of issues reported by customers
Maintain an understanding of customers applications, internal processes, and how they may have a potential impact on upstream/downstream workflows and/or industry best practices.
Prepare content for Business Reviews with the customers. This would include doing an analysis of their operational health (i.e.; volumes, issues etc.)
This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
