An Arts, Media, and Entertainment CTE credential may be available to qualified applicants.
Bilingual Spanish preferred
Essential Duties:
Instruct K-6 students in standards-based, stand-alone visual and performing arts lessons.
Collaborate with classroom teachers, fellow VAPA instructors, and administration.
Provide feedback and evaluation of student work/performance/engagement as needed.
Prepare students to participate in school and district-wide arts showcases and/or performances
All teachers are eligible for a Master's stipend of $1,700 and Ph.D. stipend of $3,000. National board certification qualifies teachers for an additional stipend of $1,700. We may accept all years of applicable service towards placement on the salary schedule.

Initial contract status will be Temporary. Offer of employment is contingent upon fingerprint clearance.
