Position Summary:
As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting our employees and ensuring the smooth and accurate transition of employee data into the HRIS platform. This individual must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and handle personal information with discretion.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Providing real-time, onsite Human Resources support for all general inquiries, questions and or concerns
- Maintaining all employee records, processing new hires and terminations, and updating employee information within the HRIS system (UKG) to ensure data integrity
- Acting as a liaison to the Human Resources Information Systems, Recruiting, Benefits, and Payroll teams by accurately updating employee information
- Administering and drafting change, transfer and promotion letters; inputting updated information into electronic employee files
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of company HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with all legal requirements
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records of all HR-related activities and providing reports
- Performing general clerical duties to include filing, copying, maintaining, tracking, mailing, and ordering Human Resources materials, etc.
- Assisting and responding to employment verification inquiries
- Assisting with employee orientation, I-9 verifications, and new hire onboarding
To be qualified for this position, you must possess the following:
- Ability to work onsite Monday through Friday
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate cross functionally and interface with employees at all levels of the organization
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Adobe, and HRIS software (UKG)
- Excellent attention to detail; ability to focus on all areas of the assigned project or task at hand
