Schedule, coordinate, document, and track action items.\t
Track tasks to ensure deadlines are met and report on project status and budget performance.\t
Write and organize project documents.\t
Support personnel management (project onboarding, communication, tools, mentoring).\t
Order equipment and software.\t
Create and track ServiceNow tickets.\t
Coordinate work activities for projects with guidance from the program manager.\t
Understand project's business proposition, scope, goals/objectives, stakeholders, planned benefits, and constraints.\t
Ensure alignment of work activities with the project management plan.\t
Work with project team to understand and track project financials following PMO Financial Management processes and controls.\t
Build relationships with key stakeholders to gather in-scope application information.\t
Prepare status reports as requested.\t
Schedule, facilitate, and document project meetings.\t
Understand project control gates designated by the PMO.\t
Comply with all PMO standard processes and methods.\t
Maintain a project artifact repository in the designated location throughout the project for audit by the PMO.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a relevant field; additional experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.\t
3+ years of experience in project coordination.\t
Experience in coordinating teams and clients.\t
Proven success in a corporate setting, working with all levels of management.\t
strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.\t
Able to work independently and take initiative.\t
Knowledge of ServiceNow.\t
Hands-on experience with flowcharts, technical documentation, and schedules.\t
Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, Word, Project, and SharePoint.
Additional Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

Project Management training, experience, or certification.\t
Scheduling and task tracking using MS Project, Oracle Primavera, Smartsheet, or other project management tools.\t
Basic knowledge of Agile methodology in project management.\t
