Job Description
· Lead and grow a high-performing S&P team for a large technology client. Work directly with S&P leadership, Account leadership and clients to manage expectations and team deliverables. This includes accountability for effectively managing, mentoring, recruiting, and developing a team of world-class Sourcing and Procurement professionals.
· Provide impactful leadership in a cross-functional and collaborative environment to drive immediate and sustained benefits to our client and JLL.
· Drive results through S&P program implementation, monitoring progress, managing to operational excellence guideline, AND meeting account level KPIs and goals.
· Oversee compliance and controls, develop new and innovative sourcing strategies, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Proactively manage internal and external expectations by understanding business needs and priorities.
Achieves Financial and Compliance Results
- Oversight of annual sourcing plan development, actively managing that plan with the business, and executing against it.
- Identify risks and opportunities to clients/stakeholders and recommend strategies to achieve company goals while mitigating risk.
- Own sourcing compliance and controls. Identify and share opportunities for improvement with appropriate functional leaders.
- Ensure all sourcing technology tools are leveraged across all assigned accounts.
- Partner teams closely with operations by providing management, detailed instruction and follow up to support the operations teams in standardized RFP/bid and contracting processes.
- Develop and maintain systematic, analytical, and results-based method for savings, monitoring supplier’s performance, sourcing effectiveness and communicate these results to the business.

- Recruit, develop, rotate, and retain top S&P talent.
- Support the career development of key roles through mentoring and visible leadership.
- Create high-performing, integrated sourcing teams that are committed to delivering sustainable operational excellence.
- Manage and coach teams on their performance, progress and developmental goals including analysing strengths, and areas of opportunity for growth into actionable career development plans.
- As an S&P leader, foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture within and outside of direct reports.
Establishes and Nurtures Strong Relationships
- Ensure the vision and strategy of the client sourcing plan are implemented and aligned with necessary objectives.
- Lead and participate in client meetings /strategy sessions.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Account Director and other client leadership.
- Provide strategic vision for all S&P aspects of business including best practices and innovation.
- Effectively develop and lead complex short-term and longer-term sourcing strategies, effectively manage suppliers and internal networks to deliver best in class performance across the associated accounts.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders including Corporate Legal and Risk Management to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standard or other contract changes are formally reviewed and approved by legal/risk management.
- Continually manage/assess suppliers through the established supplier performance management program.

Job Requirements
· 10+ years of strategic sourcing experience for services or indirect categories related to facilities services highly desired along with people management experience.
· Bachelor’s Degree – Business or Supply Chain Management preferred.
· MBA, a plus
· CPM, CPSM or CPSD certification preferred.
· Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS applications - Excel, Word & PowerPoint
· E-procurement experience, preferably Jaggaer.
Willingness to travel within the U.S. (approximately 25%)
Estimated compensation for this position is:
200,000.00 – 215,000.00 USD per year
The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data.
