Job Abstract
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Daily processing of new account deposits and existing account withdrawals. Investigate and correct differences related to processing and requested by attorneys and landlords by performing research either electronically or manually reviewing the paperwork. - Daily processing of new account deposits and existing account withdrawals.
- Investigate and correct differences related to processing and requested by attorneys and landlords by performing research either electronically or manually reviewing the paperwork.
- Perform customer maintenance to ensure daily reports reflect proper account information.
- Communicate with agents and attorneys daily, to process closeouts, changes, deposits, etc.
- Filing and other clerical duties.
- Assist department as needed.
Required Skills:
- Basic PC skills for Microsoft Office -- Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and organize assignments.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Required Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED and a minimum of six months of related clerical experience.
