SRG Global is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Newbern, TN! This is a 1st shift supervisor position.

What You Will Do
- Responsible for the performance and development of the maintenance team
- Manage maintenance resources, work orders, PMs, and weekly schedules for maintenance technicians
- Use economic thinking to fill necessary resource gaps, control overtime spend, reduce/eliminate failure reoccurrence, and identify critical parts and equipment
- Assist in the effective and efficient operation of all plant activities by working with all departments to assure effective teamwork, equipment and personnel
- Investigate and recommend purchase of equipment and supplies for Maintenance department
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Mechanical, electrical, maintenance, or engineering leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience in employee relations, progressive discipline, and counseling of employees
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience leading improvement efforts in reliability, predictive and preventative maintenance
- Experience leading root cause failure analysis
- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in a related field
- Experience working with robotics
