QA Automation Manager responsibilities focus on scaling out and automating our QA function across the portfolio of products and customizations developed by Baker Tilly. Job Responsibilities: Architect and implement modern automation test framework to provide a scalable and efficient solution for managing test cases, developing automations, running automated regressions, and capturing regression results across portfolio of products. Work with functional QA to convert documented test cases to Automated cases - prioritizing efficiency, reuse, and clarity. Serve as technical subject matter expert in all areas around QA Automation for Sage Intacct applications and integrations centered around Sage Intacct. Communicate effectively with internal staff, developers, and other QAs. Support and maintain existing test cases Create estimates and project plans as they relate to QA Automation to be included within product roadmap Coach/manage resources as assigned. Qualifications Successful candidates will have: A bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, or significant hands-on experience in a similar position. 6+ years’ experience as a developer working as a QA Automation lead or senior engineer. Hands-on experience working in Java and Python in an automation framework. Extensive experience in QA automation tools: Serenity BDD, Selenium, Playwright Well-versed in automation technology such as Jenkins, GitHub actions, integrations Extensive experience leveraging APIs to manage large data sets during test automations Solid understanding of Web UI frameworks and how to include in test automation. Experienced in Jira Leadership skills include developing, influencing, and motivating a team to maximum results directly and indirectly. Ability to work effectively and professionally with employees at all levels of a customer’s organization – including executive and C-level employees. Candidates who have worked with Sage Intacct or with programs or add-ons that integrate within the Sage Intacct ecosystem would be highly preferred. Additional Information The compensation range for this role is $117,940 to $255,520. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location. #LI-EH1
