ManTech International Corporation, a leading Government Contractor, has an immediate need for a Senior Level Government Property Administrator to oversee compliance of large defense sector contracts.
This person must be a proactive, career and customer-oriented Senior Government Property Administrator who has strong communication and interpersonal skills, possesses the ability to interact with all levels of leadership, multi-task in a fast-moving team environment, must possess strategic and critical thinking skills, take responsibility for significant actions, be accountable, and able to work independently on a diverse team.

This is a hybrid work schedule – 2-3 days in our Herndon, VA.
Some travel may be required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Oversight and compliance of all Defense contracts (From Pre-award to closeout, including the 22 Elements)
Attend pre-award/kick off meetings and monitor all GP contract requirements
Read and understand property requirements in a contract
Work with Program Managers, contract administrators and end users to ensure compliance in all aspects of GP Management
Conduct annual Contractor Self-Assessments
Run Contractor Inventory reports
Provide training and recommend cost effective practices
Assist with Corporate GP DCMA PMSA/audits
Review proposals and GP Management plans
Provide training to contracts/programs
Collaborates and coordinates across departments including Procurement, Finance, Contracts, Subcontracts, Proposals and Compliance
Assist with the GP Contract closeout process to ensure compliance
Stay current with NPMA and ASTM and other Asset Management communities
Be an active member of ManTech’s GP Council
Coordinates DEFENSE Sector Reports (Physical Inventory, Loss or financial reports, etc.)
Help create and review GP Management training
Basic Qualifications:

US Citizenship Required
6 + years’ experience in the government property management industry/asset management.
Strong knowledge of DEFENSE / DoD Policies, Rules and Regulations (FAR/DFARs)
Solid Knowledge of industry best practices / ASTM Standards regarding asset management
Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment

The projected compensation range for this position is $93,300-$155,200. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
