As the Diversity and Inclusion Education and Training Program Manager IV, you will manage and maintain DEI Education and Training programs. This role is vital in advancing our overall mission and vision to ensure that we are the best place to receive care and the best place to work. Education and training are a key lever in this work. Further, our division-level goals within ODI create an opportunity for this individual to have impact and make meaningful contributions on a large scale.
The ideal caregiver is someone who has extensive experience and expertise in:
- Research (all things Diversity, health equity, belonging, Inclusion);
- Expertise in Creation of Learning Design strategy,
- Expertise and experience in the Creation and design of ODI Learning and educational content for senior level/Exec audiences.
- Demonstrated experience in the execution of DEI Learning/education Strategy
- Ability to create impact metrics for success
- Understands how to facilitate and deliver via various modalities
- Creative DEI content creator/ based on evidence, research, etc
- Understands how to create a needs assessment to gain a pulse on what the organization learning needs/demands are.
- Extensive experience in building curriculum design

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration or related field.
- Master’s degree preferred.
Certifications:

- Must be able to take appropriate action in a stressful environment.
- Demonstrated team, leadership, organizational, financial management and problem solving skills.

Work Experience:
- Minimum of six years of related experience; healthcare setting preferred.
