Job Description
As an Industrial Electrician you are responsible for new equipment installation for projects within a timely manner • You will troubleshoot problems for the repair of existing equipment • You will be responsible for preventive maintenance for existing equipment • We expect timely response to projects and repair to minimize downtime for equipment and production lines • Your shift will be structured on night shift (7pm-7am) on a four on four off schedule with training availability on daylight (7am-7pm) in the first introductory months.
Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: • Completion of a formal technical training program (vocational/college level) • Previous industrial electrical experience will be considered in lieu of formal documented technical training • Must have working knowledge of single and three phase AC systems • Must be able to work in industrial environment • Knowledge of electrical and electronic controls, programmable logic controllers, AC and DC drives, motor controls and instruments • Able to read and work from schematics and drawings • Must be authorized to work in the US without visa or other sponsorship • Must be willing to work nights and overtime • Continental is not able to pay relocation expenses for this opportunity
