We have just gone through several system implementations to start us on this journey, and we are now looking for a Treasury Manager to join us on this path of digital transformation. We are looking for a creative, strategic, team player ready for the challenge.
Reporting to the Director Global Treasury Operations, the Treasury Manager will be an important player in the treasury organization. You will work with accomplished teams in Tax, Accounting, AP, AR, Payroll FP&A and Legal. As the Treasury Manager, you will help manage the financial activities of our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include navigating the complexities of the digital payment landscape, optimizing banking operations, collaborating to lead digital payment expansion, and enhancing treasury automation processes.

Responsibilities
Manage Digital Payment Landscape: Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes to effectively navigate the evolving digital payment landscape. Implement strategies to streamline digital payment processes and mitigate associated risks
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with team members, including Finance, Accounting, IT, and Legal teams, to support business objectives and guide digital payment expansion initiatives. Departments to align treasury strategies with our goals
As we expand our new transaction model, collaborate with the broader finance team and develop partnerships with our banks to resolve operational issues and build scalable automated solutions across areas such as cash application
As our footprint grows, we will work across partner groups to ensure compliance with global regulatory requirements and internal controls
Enhance Treasury Automation: Evaluate and enhance treasury systems and automation tools to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. Implement best practices in treasury technology to streamline workflows and reduce manual interventions
Risk Management: Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor key financial metrics and proactively address potential risks to maintain financial health
Optimize Banking Operations: Oversee banking relationships and transactions to ensure efficient cash management, liquidity, and financial stability. Identify opportunities to increase banking volume and negotiate favorable terms with financial institutions
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field, CTP is a plus
6+ years of broad Finance and Treasury experience with multinational companies
6+ years of technical experience in all areas of payments, PSP's, implementations, BAI/SWIFT messaging
Knowledge of SQL would be desirable
Hands on experience in a Treasury Operations environment
Experience in people management and developing team members to develop their expertise and their professional growth
Experience using Integrity and SAP TRM

Salary is one part of Autodesk’s competitive compensation package. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $112,600 and $182,050. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range. In addition to base salaries, we also have a significant emphasis on annual cash bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and a comprehensive benefits package.
