About the Team VIZIO is looking for a Compliance Specialist to support our Legal Compliance and Policy Team. This is a highly administrative role, perfect for someone who is detail oriented, diligent, and understands how to successfully project manage across multiple departments. The Compliance Specialist position is based in Irvine, California. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team of professionals within a fast-paced environment. What You Will Do Coordinate meetings and ensure cross-functional activities and requirements are tracked and completed. Maintain proper documentation, records, and standard reporting on VIZIO’s compliance programs as assigned. Support entity level controls (ELC) requests and audit requirements related to VIZIO’s compliance programs. Create monthly and quarterly reports and presentations on VIZIO’s compliance programs as assigned.Support auditing, review, and testing of compliance programs as assigned. Support remediation activities for compliance programs when needed. Creation of SOPs for compliance programs as assigned. Track annual reviews of compliance related policies and SOPs. Create and/or maintain systems of records with a key focus on accuracy, data integrity, and legal compliance requirements. Provide support as directed to cross-functional teams operating compliance programs. This role typically supports VIZIO’s Human Resources Department from a crossfunctional perspective, and may be assigned to support other cross-functional teams. Other duties as assigned. About You Bachelor’s degree required, preferably a degree in data analytics, math or related field. 3 + years of experience as a Compliance Specialist, Project Manager, or other similar role that includes significant data entry and/or administrative activities. We may consider education in lieu of experience if the education sufficiently covers the requirements listed below. Transcripts must be provided and GPA should be 3.5 or higher. Experience working for a publicly traded company, preferred. A strong attention to detail, and an ability to successfully project manage multiple projects at the same time. Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume desk with varying responsibilities and obligations. Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. A sense of humor and an ability to work well individually and as part of the team. Experience using Excel required, including ability to create pivot tables. Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, and SharePoint preferred. An understanding of data integrity and the importance of accuracy in data and records management. A strong commitment to professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality required. Experience using OneTrust, Convercent, EthicsPoint, or related systems preferred. The maximum pay for this position $37.50/hour.
