THE ROLE: Principal Consultant, Organization Change Management
Job Summary:
As a Principal Consultant, you will assist customers in adopting and implementing various technology stacks and related organizational change. Your primary focus will be around Microsoft technology such as Office 365, Copilot, Teams, and other end user productivity-based applications however you may operate more as a generalist role across a wide variety of technologies.
Travel Requirements:
In this role you will be expected to travel up to 50%. It will be based in Remote Location.
Job Responsibilities:
The Principal Consultant will play a critical role in ensuring projects meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. This person will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles, and organizational structures. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
- ?Change Management Strategy: Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and minimize resistance. This includes conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness, and identifying key stakeholders.
- Communication: Design and deliver comprehensive communication plans that inform, engage, and solicit feedback from employees and stakeholders at all levels.
- Training: Develop and deliver training programs and materials that help employees understand and embrace changes in business processes, systems, and technology.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work with senior leaders and executives to support their roles in change initiatives. Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor.
- Performance Metrics: Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress. Report on change management activities and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
- Continuous Improvement: Continuously assess and refine change management strategies and tools to ensure they remain effective and aligned with organizational goals.
- Microsoft 365 Integration: Lead change initiatives involving Microsoft 365 tools such as Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Copilot. Ensure seamless integration and adoption of these tools to improve collaboration and productivity.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experience
- Over all 10 years of experience in Microsoft technology, collaboration, and adoption
