As a Senior Client Solutions Architect Associate in Merchant Services, you contribute significantly to a team that innovates and supports the sales process in architecting comprehensive product solutions for clients with complex challenges. Draw on client feedback and support the channeling, modification, and technical design and adaptation of large-scale solutions.
Job responsibilities
Executes the configuration and modification of the firm’s existing products and solutions, often in partnership with Technology, to fit complex client use cases
Develops training and collateral to support the Sales team
Oversees the aggregation and analysis of relevant client and market data to support the Solutions team in delivering impactful solutions
Engages with technical roles on the client team to field and answer product queries
Engages with technical members of client teams to deliver presentations and technical demonstrations on product capabilities and solutions
Identifies and defines development requirements for product design enhancements based on client feedback
Be a key member of a JPMorgan account team with deep involvement in defining the customer strategy; Identify and close new complex opportunities and accelerate solution adoption.
Serve as a subject matter expert on payments solutions and possess a deep understanding of our clients’ needs and current industry trends
Act as the “Voice of the Customer” to bring insights, trends and opportunities to the leadership, product and engineering teams from the forefront and prioritized for delivery.
Collaborate with the account team to respond to client RFPs in a timely manner
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise working across a broad set of related products
Proficient technical knowledge of the cluster of products and exposure to the sales cycle
Experience working with clients in a technology field and interfacing with engineers
Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization
Experience supporting the technical design of products or technology applications
3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
Executive engagement skills and presence, with an ability to establish strong relationships with key decision makers and build credibility at all levels.
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle and API architecture.
Ability to understand how a wide variety of applications such as ERP, CRM, Billing, Tax and legacy systems interact with each other in an enterprise technology ecosystem.
