What we’re seeking:
The Senior Managed Security Product Manager is a seasoned technical and business leader who serves as the product owner for Frontier's Managed Security offerings. This role entails comprehensive product lifecycle management, from conception to planning to launch activities. The Managed Security Product Manager will analyze market trends, gather customer requirements, conduct competitive analysis, define strategy, author business plans, and guide product development in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Reporting to the Senior Director of Product Management, this position plays a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our Managed Security product portfolio. In this in-person role, you will be required to report to a Frontier HUB 4 days a week with 1 day work from home to complete your work responsibilities.
What we need in you:
Frontier’s Senior Managed Security Product Manager will focus on the enterprise side of the business driving the data product management team by helping to develop products and embed security as a discipline into our sales force.
What you’ll do:
- Lead the development and execution of product portfolio strategies for Managed Security services to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and tactical plan for the Managed Security portfolio
- Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap and strategy for all Managed Security Services, with a focus on DDOS protection, Secure Access Service Edge (SASE), and Firewalls
- Direct the design, modification, and evaluation of Managed Security products to ensure timely delivery, adherence to specifications, and quality standards, emphasizing DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewalls
- Collaborate with technology vendors to understand feature roadmaps and incorporate relevant technologies into product development, particularly in the areas of DDOS mitigation, SASE architectures, and Firewall solutions
- Stay abreast of industry-leading trends and technologies in cybersecurity, with a focus on DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewalls, to drive product innovation and development
- Define and implement product pricing strategies in coordination with the Finance team to optimize revenue and margins for DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewall offerings
- Create business plans, budgets, and forecasts for Managed Security services, with detailed analysis of DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewall markets and opportunities
- Communicate product benefits effectively to internal teams, industry analysts, and customers, highlighting the unique value propositions of our DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewall solutions
- Represent the company at industry forums, events, and associations to stay informed about market dynamics and competitive trends in DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewalls
- Provide product support, specialized training, competitive assessments, and customer engagement to support all sales channels for DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewall offerings
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand competitive dynamics and shape product strategy for DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewalls
- Internalize and represent the Voice of the Customer throughout the product lifecycle to ensure a seamless customer experience for DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewall solutions
- Assist in budgeting and variance analysis of product performance to identify opportunities and risks for DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewall offerings
- Draft and manage requirements, and other supporting business documentation for DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewall solutions
- Lead the definition of an end-to-end customer experience and expected full lifecycle costs for DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewall offerings
- Manage change requests and validate downstream deliverables to ensure the final offering meets business requirements for DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewalls

- Salary Range: $45,000 to $150,000

What background you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, computer science, or related field. MBA or relevant certifications preferred
- 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, technical marketing, network engineering, or sales engineering, with a minimum of 3+ years direct experience in managed security services
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Deep knowledge of cybersecurity principles, technologies, and managed security services, particularly in DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewalls
- Understanding of enterprise networking market space and experience managing product portfolios
- Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to develop business plans, budgets, forecasts, and product performance analytics
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong work ethic and accountability to deadlines
- Preferred experience in ISP and/or telecommunications companies
- Ability to quickly understand technologies and translate them into customer value propositions
- In-depth marketplace knowledge of key industry players and competitors in DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewalls
- Hands-on experience in product development and competitive positioning in DDOS protection, SASE, and Firewall solutions
