About the Pottery Barn Content Team
You will be part of the Content team at Pottery Barn, working in our brand headquarters in San Francisco, CA. Our team drives brand awareness and engagement, amplifies brand storytelling, creates compelling and innovative content, and builds strategic partnerships for the Pottery Barn brand.
Overview of the Content Coordinator role
The Content Coordinator role is a full-time (hybrid) position based in our San Francisco office. The person in this role will be responsible for supporting the Content Team and working closely in the execution of engaging video content for organic social media, paid social media, and site.

- Develop a deep understanding of the brand’s identity and key merchandise and marketing initiatives.
- Help manage timelines, communications, and recaps for our video content across organic social media, paid social media, and site.
- Organize digital data, including video files, project files, and more.
- Manage and track approvals for video and deliver final video projects to meet brief requirements and deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in social media platforms to ensure maximum effectiveness
We’re excited to about you because…
- You have a BA/BS and 4+ years of experience in video production and editing.
- You have a knowledge of social media platforms and video best practices.
- You are proactive and think creatively. Bring a willingness to go above and beyond.
- Ability to perform work onsite in the (San Francisco, Rocklin, Portland, New York, San Jose) office full-time pending state, local, and Company return-to-work guidance during and after the COVID-19 pandemic.
- You have strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $60,000 - $68,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
