RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage a team of help desk, network engineers, software developers, information assurance professionals, systems administrators, and configuration managers in accordance with contract requirements, with a strong focus on the HelpDesk Operations
• The DPM will be responsible for daily HelpDesk operations and coordination with other program leads to stay abreast of Service Level Agreement Impacts
• Maintain regular satisfactory communications as requested by the Government
• Be responsible for all contractual Deliverables along with the PM and present to the Government
• Ensure that all contractors comply with all policy and compliance documents
• Submit quarterly Performance Reviews (PMRs)
• Prepare and lead monthly meetings with the customer to review topics such as timelines, schedules, accomplishments, challenges, AAR's, lessons learned and deployment milestones
• Recommend improvements to any aspects of Operational Tasks
• Ensure that required staffing levels are met and maintained, and provide status reports to the PM

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Must hold a bachelor’s degree and have a minimum of 10 years of technical experience and previous experience managing IT staff or varied skill levels and experience.
• Six (6) years of the overall project management experience, at least three (3) years of which will be in the Federal Government contracts environment.
• Five (5) years of business/operational experience, within the past seven (7) years.
• Demonstrated experience in addressing operational concerns and issues, monitoring overall customer satisfaction.
• Demonstrated experience with developing and implementing operational procedures and policies.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing training needs/requirements and implementing solutions.
  
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to successfully obtain a Public Trust

We are seeking a Deputy Program Manager to join our team supporting NOAA SBITS in Silver Spring, MD.

This position will support activities within the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Services Delivery Division (SDD). Support covers Tier 1 Call Center, Tier 2 Deskside Support, and Tier 3 System administration, including ServiceNow, and Unified Messaging (UMS) support.
