Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years experience in recruiting technical personnel, including data, scientist, software, developers, and product management professionals
- Working knowledge of computing, information technology, and data science
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5 years full life cycle recruiting experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- General knowledge and understanding of US Visa process and requirements
- Must be creative and detail-oriented

What will your day look like?
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will connect with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop a sourcing strategy based on role requirements, with a particular emphasis on recruiting for software engineering, data science, product management, and professional services roles. You will assess candidates through various processes based on skill set, experience, capabilities, and cultural match. You will develop recruitment-related programs and initiatives. You’ll design, test, and oversee their successful implementation. You will also develop a communication strategy.
In this role, you will conduct candidate interviews and assess candidates based on their performance in interviews. You will work with stakeholders to develop and implement tests and challenges for candidates appropriate to their position designed to validate skills and experience. You will create, manage, and negotiate job offers with the selected candidates. If relevant, this includes negotiation of the job offers and agreement on terms to complete the hiring process. The process also includes managing cases where candidates decline, or the organization rescinds the job offer.
Additionally, you will manage new hire/rehire screening, which includes administration of background and/or reference checks for new hires/rehires and communicating due diligence outcomes. You will also manage recruitment-related social media outreach. You’ll draft correspondence related to legal hires; interviews, next steps, and coordinate relocation, moving, bar exam, and other expenses/disbursements with candidates. You will work closely with the responsible partner regarding the extension of offers, follow-up, and office set-up and integration upon arrival. You will correspond and attend meetings with hiring managers and other stakeholders regarding candidate feedback, updates, and ongoing hiring strategy.
As a manager on this team, you will monitor market trends and work with Directors to keep Firm management apprised of trends in compensation, bonus, and training and development areas. You will also pay attention to industry trends in the software development, AI, and legal Tech industries, identifying opportunities to acquire talent. You’ll oversee recruitment administration - systems tracking/dispositioning, data entry, employee referral pay-outs, audits, etc. You will also develop and manage job-specific requisitions based on recruitment needs. This process includes advertising the positions on internal and external portals and the overall management of job requisitions, approvals, and the activities to initiate and close a requisition. You may organize and execute recruiting activities and events. You will also provide information and reports regarding recruitment to the business and HR leadership team. You will manage and administer executive hiring, which includes sourcing candidates, partnering with vendors, and sourcing channels to fulfill executive requisitions.
You will develop, monitor, and administer the recruiting budget and resource allocation to fund the plan. You’ll attend staff meetings. You will also correspond and attend meetings with hiring managers and other stakeholders regarding candidate feedback and updates. You will create and govern short-term and long-term recruitment forecast plans in alignment with the strategic recruitment goals and business objectives. You’ll develop and maintain a recruiting brand by creating an exceptional candidate experience.
