Project manage and execute upon all aspects of assigned project work which could include (but not limited to): Pension de-risking, vendor change(s), Annual Enrollment, payroll conversion, benefit administration automation, pension administration historical data reconciliation and clean-up, eligibility interface development, benefits financial and demographic interface development and testing, acquisitions, divestitures, plan mergers, plan design changes, vendor, and legal compliance changes.
Must Haves
\t
BS/BA degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or closely related field required OR additional experience above the minimum may be considered in lieu of the required education for a year-for-year basis
\t
Minimum of 10 years progressive work experience in employee benefits administration required
\t
Complex data/database and systems requirement gathering/documentation and testing experience in benefits and payroll outsourcing environment
\t
Excellent critical thinking skills, willing to collaborate on a variety of topics.

Project Management experience

Benefits and/ or Payroll outsourcing experience is preferred
