Well, this may be the role for you. Ready to make your mark?
In this role, you will serve as ADP's expert on product changes in Retirement Services. You will assist clients and advisors on moving products, changing funds or adding and removing plan-level features. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.
Day to Day your main objective will be to help clients and advisors complete plan changes. The nature of what you do will not change, however, every day will be different due to the variety of questions you will receive and solutions you provide. Each plan you work on will be a mini project for you to manage and get across the finish line
To Thrive in this Role, you should communicate with clients and advisors in ways that build rapport, establish trust, and shine with professionalism. Communication styles both over the phone and in writing should be clear and easy for clients to understand and take action on. Pace should not scare you, as we work in a supportive and collaborative environment. We also have a healthy dose of fun. Not only can you find a career here in a company that values inclusion, but also friendships that last.
