Job Abstract
The People Insights Project Manager will be integral to supporting the continued success and growth of the People Insights team. This role is responsible for delivering large-scale, complex internal projects, which often span multiple regions. This role ensures the team adheres to project management and change management standards and protocols and will help drive and promote a culture of delivery excellence within the People Insights organization. The role will be responsible for supporting effective management of project finances, maintaining relationships with multiple stakeholders, and helping lead People Insights project teams within and across the organization.
Responsibilities
Directs the delivery of internal projects, typically encompassing complex projects, spanning single or multiple regions
Manages project financials and People Insights vendor relationships, consistently meeting or surpassing approved budgets, and ensuring the provision of dependable forecasts to the management.
Maintains and nurtures relationships with stakeholders and internal client groups across the organization
Directs the project team, which includes both internal and external resources, typically consisting of over 20 individuals from diverse countries.
Fosters the project management skill development of team members, while also providing constructive development recommendations for the team.
Contributes to setting the direction for the project management discipline within the People Insights organization by refining templates, tools, and materials.
Contributes to a culture of delivery efficiency and excellence within the People Insights organization
Reviews the status of projects and budgets, while also managing schedules and preparing status reports.
Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to other employees.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or Sociology or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence. Graduate degree preferred
Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project management, with global business units or a related field.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $120,000 - $130,000 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
