Classification: Full-Time, Non-Exempt, 40 hours/week , M-F, 10:00 – 6:30 p.m. during the school year,
8:30 a.m.-4:30 during the summer day camp program and 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. when program is not in session.
Salary: $20.00 per hour + a fantastic benefit package*

Qualifications
An understanding of and passion for The Salvation Army’s mission and ministry
Bachelor’s degree in Education required, two-plus years of working with elementary/middle school aged children.
Strong experience using Microsoft Excel; ability to create spreadsheets, formulas, charts, tables, etc. plus Word and Power
Proficient writing, time management, speaking and organizational skills.
One or more years of working in an afterschool program setting preferred.
Current first aid, CPR, communicable disease, and child abuse training preferred.

Ability to maintain ODJFS standards for employees and program operation if applicable.
A valid Ohio Driver’s license and the ability to obtain and maintain driving privileges per Salvation Army insurance standards.
