Job Summary
The San Diego County Office of Education (SDCOE) is recruiting for a Systems Analyst for the Services and Solutions - PeopleSoft Support Department of the Integrated Technology Services Division. Under general supervision, the Systems Analyst provides technical guidance and support to SDCOE and school district staff in the troubleshooting, training, and testing of computerized information system(s). This includes troubleshooting / resolving system(s) issues, developing / delivering training sessions, creating / updating training resources, determining / executing test scenarios, analyzing test results, identifying / responding to system challenges & support needs, and using Service Now to track the support efforts.
Requirements / Qualifications
This position requires a combination of education and experience equivalent to five (5) years of related information systems work experience, including significant support work within a complex finance system or other complex data system. PeopleSoft experience, particularly in the PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) modules is strongly preferred.
