You'll maintain our company's rigorous security standards with your experience in event venues and high-level security management. As an Account Manager, you’re not just a team member but an integral part of our operations.
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 / year
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure all day-to-day operations follow the procedures set forth by the company. These operational categories include recruiting, hiring, security licensing, training, scheduling, event day operations and administrative responsibilities.
Under the direction of the Area Manager / Regional Director, responsible for creating staffing estimates – tracking estimated cost vs. actual cost; reviewing contracts for compliance; supervising company labor and subcontractors; ensuring accurate payroll, invoices, and timely collections.
Suggest operation strategies to the area manager / regional director that improve execution and provide additional value cost-effectively; seek to continuously improve the state of account(s) while safeguarding the company.
Effectively communicate goals to the game-day operations team, communicate with the wider organization, and maintain accurate and up-to-date records for internal and external reports processing.
Proactively communicate with and seek feedback from all customers. Seek to improve customer satisfaction continuously; meet with customers regularly to ensure we meet their needs; share updates with leadership!
Supervise and coach subordinates in a manner that maintains morale, skills proficiency, and productivity. Managerial responsibilities include but are not limited to mentoring, coaching, and developing subordinates; planning, assigning, and directing work. Recruit and train team members as required by business needs.
Responsible for the accurate (within 98%) and timely completion of all payroll records at the designated account(s)
Responsible for accurate and timely scheduling of staff, ensuring all open position(s) are filled within 96 hours of shift start time at the designated account(s)
Adhere to budget(s) set forth, including, but not limited to, overtime percentages (below 2%), labor percentages, profit rate, open post rate, revenue within account(s)
On-call weekends/evenings, outside core business hours, as needed.
Up to 25% travel may be required.
Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Valid Driver’s License
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years of previous operations, service or field or project management experience
Experience in one or more industries is preferred: event staffing, security, sports management, and athletics.
Ability to pass a background check.

Physical and Mental Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, it is required to sit, stand, walk, talk, or hear. Occasionally, climbing and working in high places may be required, as well as stopping, bending, or reaching above the shoulders. The position may also require work in confined spaces and exposure to different outdoor weather conditions.
Must occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Working Environment:
The position is an office-based position with frequent requirements to work at or attend scheduled events in an outdoor environment.
