The Program Security Representative will support the Space Warfighting and Analysis Center (SWAC), Multi-Domain Sensing Program (MDSP), across multiple operating locations to include Colorado Springs, the National Capital Region, and other CONUS locations. The qualified applicant will provide multi-disciplined security support to the MDSP to include "day-to-day" support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct classification reviews of inbound and outbound correspondence and process inbound and outbound classified mail, faxes, courier packages, receipt records, and data transfer files
- Prepare and coordinate Accreditation packages, Co-Utilization requests, and Memoranda of Understanding/Agreement.
- Manage the Program’s document control and magnetic media, at all security levels, to include the maintenance of a document accountability database and associated correspondence; maintain various daily logs for a variety of administrative functions and destruction of classified materials
- Develop, update, process and coordinate DD254s with SWAC mission partners and SWAC SSO POCs
- Reproduction, courier, and destruction support for classified materials
- Transfer electronic data files to internal customers
- Maintain an extensive customer database point of contact listing
- Assist with visitor control to include with researching, processing, filing, and maintaining inbound and outbound visit notice; maintenance of facility access control entry systems ; escort facility visitors; maintenance of visitor logs; conduct entry exit inspections and preparation of facility access control badges
- Perform data entry to various security databases and maintain all customer sponsored billets and quota information
- Assist in maintaining personnel security files for all personnel of the supported Program
- Process individual reportable information through SAP, SCI, and Collateral channels
- Receive and process incident reports
- Follow and enforce the organization’s Standard Operating Procedures
- Perform indoctrinations and debriefings for multiple programs
- Provide support for the security awareness and education programs
- Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions
- Review, track, and monitor security clearance processing activities to achieve appropriate clearance actions
- Prepare, process, and/or review Program Access Request (PARs) for accuracy and access eligibility
- Execute Special Access Program Nomination Process Questionnaires
- Perform data entry and record checks in the Joint Access Database Environment (JADE) and maintain all customer sponsored personnel access information
- Conduct initial, annual, and event-driven Security Education and Training
Basic Qualifications:
- Master's degree or Bachelor's degree equivalent experience (experience may be substituted in lieu of degree)
- US Citizenship is required
- 3 or more years related experience
- Must complete the DoD SAPCO approved SAPNP training
- Current Top Secret Clearance with SCI Eligibility and Eligibility for access to Special Access Program Information
- Willingness to submit to a Counterintelligence polygraph
- Must be familiar with security policy/manuals and the appropriate DCIDs and other guiding policy documents
- Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DOD, military/civilian personnel and industry partners
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
- Possess a high degree of originality, creativity, initiative requiring minimal supervision
- Willingness to travel within the organizational geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR) (5%)
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%.
- Needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.
- Frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
The projected compensation range for this position is $79,300-$133,100. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly rate, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
