Senior GIS Analyst

GeoDecisions, a?division?of?Gannett?Fleming,?is?currently?seeking?applicants interested?in?joining?the team as?a Senior GIS Analyst. Preferred location in our Richmond, Virginia office, or Valley Forge, PA office. This is Full-Time.

This is an excellent opportunity to join and enhance a diverse team that is currently working on a wide range of exciting geospatially based data analytics, data visualization, and automated decision support-oriented projects across the country in several industries.

Duties:?

• Help or lead define and design of GIS applications and?toolsets
• ArcGIS Online/Enterprise Management
• Configuration of Esri Web?AppBuilder/Experience Builder
• Dashboard development for data analysis and situational awareness
• Configure and deploy field collection apps (Survey123,?FieldMaps, Quick Capture)
• Create and manage Enterprise Geodatabases
• Develop process and data automation via scripting
• Architect efficient solutions and Enterprise GIS environments to meet client requirements
• Participate in client meetings and perform demos of developed?tools

• Minimum of 6+ years of GIS Experience Fluency in ESRI suite of software, including:

• Use of and management of GIS with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online
• Administration and configuration of ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Hub, ArcGIS Solutions
• Configuration and customization of Survey123, FieldMaps, ArcGIS Dashboards, ArcGIS Web App Builder, ArcGIS Experience Builder

• Production experience with Python and ArcGIS API for Python and ArcPy
• Production experience with Oracle and/or SQL Server geodatabase management / SQL querying multi-environment setups (Dev, Test, Prod)
• Experience creating geoprocessing services using ArcGIS Pro Model Builder and ArcGIS Pro Python Toolbox
• Successful deployment of configured Apps with ArcGIS Web AppBuilder and Experience Builder Developer editions
• Hybrid Work – at least 3 days in the office?

Preferred:

• Transportation Experience
• Creation scheduled tasks for ingesting and normalizing data with Python
• Understanding of and manipulation of AGOL/Enterprise app JSON and XML
• Troubleshoot issues and optimize data via ArcGIS Server Manager and ArcGIS Monitor
• Create efficient ArcGIS GeoEvent services with filter and processor elements
• Understanding of other geodatabase platforms including PostgreSQL + PostGIS
