Global Solutions is the link between Google products and business. Your focus is to help turn innovation into complete, packaged tools that allow our customers to get the most that they need from our products. As part of the Global Solutions team, you'll help to ensure that Google has adopted the right strategy for our products. Working in one of three specialized areas – Performance, Brand, or Publisher & Platform – you'll use your expertise to help front-line Sales partners to work their magic quickly and effectively. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000-$169,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. - Partner with global and regional sales and go-to-market (GTM) teams to prioritize needs for reach-based video planning solutions delivered in partnership with market-leading third-parties.
- Define priorities and roadmaps for third-party content ratings and planning data sets, based on local market needs and global business priorities.
- Help define success metrics, track product adoption and size business impact of key third-party planning initiatives to convey adoption progress and upside.
- Drive internal and external commercialization of solutions, covering use cases ranging from marketing claims to cross-media ratings and ads planning tools.
- Collaborate with YouTube Product, Engineering, Measurement teams, Business Development, regional GTM/Market Insights teams and external partners to drive projects forward.
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
3 years of experience in media planning or measurement for digital video or TV, and in reach and frequency based ratings, data, and tools used by advertisers and agencies.
- Experience working with Product Management or Engineering teams, executive leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
- Experience working with third-party planning or measurement data in ratings, reach modeling, forecasting, or post-campaign verification.
- Experience managing complex projects with stakeholders across multiple functions, with excellent project management skills.
- Ability to structure a compelling story line and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead complex operational and strategic initiatives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both practitioner and executive level contexts.
