As a Core Operations Reference Data Lead Analyst, you’ll play a critical role on our team in supporting our Reference Data and Enterprise Data management. You will serve as a technical subject matter expert and will provide leadership to the team, mentoring associates across the team and department, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment. Your responsibilities will include the creation and maintenance of the primary datasets of the Core Operations Reference Data and Data Governance departments, including Securities, Issuers, Credit Ratings, Industry Classifications, Listings and Analytics Data.

- You have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or a relevant field of study.
- You have strong knowledge and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in securities, mutual funds, financial markets, and investment products.
- You’re proficient in Microsoft Office with strong Excel knowledge (VBA & Macros a plus).
- Aladdin Security Master and proficiency in at least one other leading Enterprise Data Management platform preferred.
- Experience using Bloomberg is preferred.
- Ability to work in ambiguous situations, create clarity, and drive towards effective outcomes.
- You’re effective at communicating with key stakeholders with varying levels of experience.
- You thrive in team settings. You lead and help support peers; ask great questions, bounce ideas off others and proactively share your perspective.
- You’re highly detail oriented with demonstrated accuracy in a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
- You’re available and open to work overtime as needed.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $103,977-$166,363

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
