Collaborates with Associate Director, Benefits, Compensation and HRIS for all aspects of HR system planning, execution and support. This includes maintaining, configuring, and updating the system, integration, providing technical support, implementing new functionality and product utilization. Duties include the development, upgrade and maintenance of the HRIS application. Performs system-related project management work; analyzes and resolves system problems and end user requests for modifications. Documents problem resolution and initiates system enhancement activities. Serves as the technical point of contact encompassing responsibilities in system administration, reporting/analysis, business process design and security access to leverage technology solutions to meet the strategic needs and priorities of the HR Department and users of HR information systems throughout the organization. Works with HR leadership team and all HR staff in assessing needs for various business functions by analyzing various reports and data flows for process improvement opportunities. Assists HR leadership in identifying and analyzing options and recommends business process enhancements. Supports upgrades, testing, and other technical projects as assigned. Ensures data integrity and manages the testing of system changes by performing tests to ensure all processes work according to the pre-determined goals identified. Responds to and assists team members in identifying reports that are needed by the department and users of HR information. Develops and maintains training manuals, SOPs and other related technical documentation; and other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Computer Science (or equivalent) preferred; and/or a combination of education and experience
Minimum of 7 years experience of administration of HRIS systems/data management
