Your Impact:
You will be responsible for coordinating resources for project assignments and resolving problems of limited scope following specific processes and procedures. Management for projects, such as strategic change management, new business and product initiatives, using established procedures; addressing project-level risks that may escalate to issues, as needed. Working on multi-disciplinary projects will require a broad understanding of the firm and its key functions. Collaborating with internal business partners, you'll develop a solid understanding of change initiatives and business processes.
Utilize standard project management tools to effectively manage assigned efforts, including project work plans, risks and issues logs, and routine project status reporting
Facilitate project focused meetings ensuring the project team stays on track; following up on action items
Strong quantitative, analytic, and project management skills will be essential in this role
Qualifications:
2-4 years of project management experience
College degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for candidates pursuing advanced studies/degree
Familiarity with project management software (preferably, Wrike or Asana)
Familiarity with using digital asset management systems (preferably, Widen)
Proficient in using Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $76,000 - $114,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
