Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Conducts comprehensive research and analyzes data to support decision making and strategic planning.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and synthesize information, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Conducting in-depth research on various topics, including market trends, industry analysis, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies
- Gathering data from multiple sources, including databases, reports, websites, and primary research
- Analyzing and interpreting data using statistical methods and qualitative techniques
- Identifying key trends, patterns, and insights from research findings; developing reports, presentations, and summaries to communicate research findings to stakeholders
- Assisting in the implementation of research projects, including survey development and data collection; and supporting the development and maintenance of research databases and knowledge repositories.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
- High School and 4 years of additional experience may be used in lieu of required degree.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret complex data.
- Proficiency in using statistical software and data analysis tools.
- Proficient in conducting research using various sources, including databases, online platforms, and academic journals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Business, Economics, Social Sciences, or related discipline.
- Familiarity with research methodologies, data visualization techniques, and statistical analysis. Knowledge of data collection and survey design.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Familiarity with qualitative research methods (e.g., interviews, focus groups).
Clearance Requirements:
- This role requires an active TS/SCI with polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to be in a stationary position more than 50% of the time
- Must be able to communicate, converse, and exchange information with peers and senior personnel
- Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a computer
- The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.
