Project and Requirements Coordinator will serve as a liaison between action officers, branch chiefs and division leadership. Project coordinating duties include assisting branch managers and team leads organize and track the various parts of projects to ensure its success. This includes monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for the division leadership and other members of management. Candidate must be able to collaborate with workforce to develop division SOPs, checklists, and power point presentations. Requirements coordinating duties includes developing and tracking functional and non-functional requirements for the division and branches associated with work streams and taskings. Requirements coordinators must have experience in resolving project problems and taking corrective action, and escalating to appropriate level when needed to resolve and achieve results. Candidate will be responsible for and assist with tracking all customer projects and requirements with associated actions to maintain status and ensure on-time deliverable closure or delivery. Candidate will assist division with planning, coordinating, integration, and reporting processes. Candidate must be highly motivated, able to excel in a fast-paced environment, is a proven self-starter capable of working both independently, with a team, and is interested in solving complex problems.
Required Skills:
Manage and verify requirements; capture detailed descriptions of projects or taskings; ensure action officer and leadership team has clear, consistent, and documented understanding of completion criteria
Review and document requirements with leadership and branch chiefs
Create and maintain visually project and requirements status tracking tool.
Continuous collaboration with action officers, branch chiefs and leadership team to document and meet Director’s priorities and suspense; adhere to project schedules and milestones; and provide daily and weekly status updates to management.
Active TS/SCI security clearance
Required Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years’ experience
Able to expertly communicate written and orally with senior military staff leaders
Expert in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint, (Microsoft Office 365)
