SMB Sales/Customer Success Specialist
What does a successful SMB Sales/Customer Success Specialist do at Fiserv?
You will take a lead role in selling into an existing portfolio of small business clients, running sales plays through a campaign approach across multiple product offerings. You will specialize in Software as a Service and Value-Added Services. You will play a vital role in portfolio revenue growth through proactive outbound touchpoints. You will establish and nurture relationships with our clients, understanding their unique business needs, and offering tailored software as a service and value-added services solutions to help them succeed while driving revenue to the organization. You will also maintain client satisfaction and play an important role in retention of while achieving core business objectives.
What you will do:
- Identify opportunities for SaaS and VAS solutions that align with the clients' core business objectives.
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing customers by educating customers on products, services, and solutions, highlighting how they solve customer problems to drive growth and efficiency.
- Drive revenue growth by upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the portfolio of solutions within your assigned SMB accounts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Provide excellent post-sales support, ensuring that clients have a seamless experience with our solutions. Offer training and guidance on product usage to optimize their business processes.
What you will need to have:
- Prior experience in sales/account management functions with demonstrated success against quota assignments.
- Experience in solution selling.
- High school graduate/GED
What would be great to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience with Software as a Service and Value-added Service solution selling.
- Demonstrated ability to build and sustain relationships with key decision makers gaining trusted advisor status.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- A customer-centric approach and a passion for helping small businesses succeed.
