DESCRIPTION OF WORK
As the Manager of a Customer Call Center, your role involves overseeing a team of customer service representatives, clerical assistants, and administrative officers at four different call-center sites. Your responsibilities include ensuring top-notch customer service, resolving inquiries promptly, implementing strategies to enhance call-center operations, and tracking performance metrics to create reports for management. Collaboration with other departments is essential for consistent operations and effective customer issue resolution, along with updating the IVR system for better services and customer experience. Regular training sessions are necessary to boost the skills and knowledge of call-center staff, while managing the budget for staffing, equipment, training, and expenses falls under your purview. Additionally, coordinating DVS training for the Call Center is part of your duties in this role.

Full-time employment, 40 hours per week
Work hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch.
Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.
This position is eligible for alternate work schedule.
Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY
QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as an Administrative Officer 2;or
Four years of experience in progressively responsible and varied office management of staff work in public or private organization, including experience in personnel management budgeting or procurement; and such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four-year college or university;or
Any equivalent combination of experience and training.
