PRIMARY PURPOSE
Participate in the delivery of Benefits Administration Technology Consulting for McGriff clients as part of the National Employee Benefits team. Provide consultative support, guidance and recommendations for existing clients and new business opportunities. Maintain relationships with key vendor partners.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Support the national Benefits Administration Technology (Ben Admin) practice and execute on the strategy to meet the unique needs of McGriff Insurance Services' clients. Support activities to develop and advance an effective practice at the direction of the Practice Leader.
2. Serve as a trusted advisor providing Benefits Administration and HRIS Technology thought leadership for Employee Benefits (EB) at a national level across the McGriff national footprint. Provide current and future strategic clients with effective consulting and appropriate innovative benefits solutions.
3. Contribute to sales and revenue growth opportunities in the upper mid and large employer market space through presentation and one on one consultation with existing and new clients in conjunction with Producers and consultants with a priority on in person, face-to-face, and virtual client interaction.
4. Deliver strategic and tactical up-to-date business initiatives and solutions in a way that allows clients to understand the impacts to their strategy and their membership.
5. Participate in the development of business initiatives to grow the practice including key vendor relationships, staffing, tools and resources required to be successful.
6. Provide proactive industry related communication(s) and educational content to internal staff and external clients and prospects via white papers, webinars and seminars.
7. Train producers and account management personnel to understand and present key Benefits Administration and HRIS Technology solutions.
8. Support the Practice Leader in various strategic business initiatives as appropriate.
9. Identify innovative development opportunities for the practice to improve client solutions and communicate to the Practice Leader.
10. Collaborate with other specialty practice team members on cross-functional solutions, initiatives, and projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and training
2. Experience with multiple benefits administration technology platforms
3. Proven ability to exceed expectations
4. Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
5. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
6. Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
7. Self-motivated with a strong "can do" attitude
8. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products
9. Ability to travel, occasionally overnight
Preferred Qualifications:
1. Three years of experience in Employee Benefits Consulting and Insurance Technology or substantially similar experience
2. Comprehensive knowledge of both current and emerging client-focused Benefit Administration, Payroll, and HRIS Technology solutions
3. Other related insurance and benefits industry licensing, continuing education and certifications
