The graphic designer will report to the Creative Director and work across several departments. This role is based in Los Angeles and is a full-time staff position.
Key Responsibilities:
Design on-brand creative assets from concept to execution optimized for multiple digital, print, and social platforms - including social posts, in-stadium graphics, email, app, OOH, flyers, merchandise, digital ads, presentation decks, and more.
Ensure a high level of creativity in a style that is consistent and cohesive with the ACFC brand identity.
Contribute to future brand updates and innovations.
Create the 2024+ season look and feel alongside the design team.
Work with other team members to support the development of assets.
Skills & Qualifications:
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite - particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Ability to work both independently and with members of the design team on multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to work within strict time frames with changing priorities and conditions.
Strong portfolio with verifiable graphic design skills - a digital portfolio submission is required.
Experience with Asana or similar project management software is preferred but not necessary.
Experience with After Effects, Sketch, or Figma is not required but is a bonus.
Basic understanding of motion graphics is preferred but not a must-have.

This position will work on a flexible hybrid schedule of 2-3 days per week in office on average. In-season, the graphic designer is required to work from the stadium in Los Angeles for home matches, and work-from-home during away matches. This often includes weekends, weeknights, or holidays depending on the team’s match schedule.

In addition to the benefits above, this role's pay range is between $70k and $75k, depending on experience.
